Operating Principle of CDZ-D1 N2 Charging Vehicle
The Nitrogen Charging Vehicle consists of hydraulic system.gas system and electric system The pressure fluid flows into the pressure cylinder through solenoid directional valve to push the piston move upward(downward)to pressurize the N2 in the pressure cyinder and then flow into the accumulator (or high-pressure Vessel)through holding valve and charging tool.N2 is pressurized to the operating pressure by the reciprocating movement of piston under the effect of limit switch.After that turned off itself.

- Gas Pressurization : Charge or pressurize accumulator, aero tire, and high-pressure vessel, telecommunication cable with N2 or inert gases.
- Pipe Pressure Test : N2 or inert gases in aerospace, oil field, refining, automobile, instruction.
- Gas Replenishment : Chemical processes, plastic processes.
- Gas Resus : Recover the gas or inert gas left in the nitrogen cylinder to high-pressure vessel for further usage.
